The rate applies to all of the neutral’s time spent on the resolution dispute process, including time spent in preparation, in meetings, in telephone conversations, and in follow up activities.

There is no charge for local travel time, and ordinarily, there is no charge for non-local travel time. There are no cancellation or administrative fees. The parties will be responsible for all fees and out of pocket expenses. The parties may be asked to advance funds to be applied to expenses incurred for non-local travel and may be asked to advance funds to be applied to fees.

Rates:

• Hon. James R. Eyler’s (Ret.) fee is $480 per hour or a negotiated alternative arrangement
